Picture for workshop poem

Here is picture that my poem is about for the workshop. Quick backround to it that should also be helpful: the person who took the photo started a big controversey because he spent 20 minutes setting up the picture instead of helping the child. Years later, the photographer killed himself, hence the title A dead man's folly.
